The delivery estimates below represent the total estimated delivery time from placing your order to delivery, including order processing.
New Zealand Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days
Shipping cost:
Free shipping on orders over NZ$79.
Any applicable shipping cost for orders below this threshold will be displayed at checkout before payment.
International Shipping
For eligible international destinations, including Australia and other countries available at checkout:
Estimated delivery time: 5–11 business days
Shipping cost:
Free shipping on orders over NZ$50 or the equivalent amount displayed in your local currency.
Any applicable shipping cost for orders below this threshold will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Estimates

Address Issues
Orders are processed using the shipping information entered at checkout. Please make sure your name, address, postcode and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.
If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because incorrect delivery information was provided.
